About The Position

In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, helping us deliver an exceptional guest experience during Falcons games, Atlanta United matches, concerts, and more.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of experience in foodservice.
• Ability to follow recipes, prep ingredients, and cook dishes to company standards.
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure, maintain cleanliness, and practice proper food safety.
• Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the stadium event schedule.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle hot kitchen equipment.
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain prior to employment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with set-up, stocking, and breakdown of main kitchen before and after events.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow all company policies, food safety protocols, and ServSafe guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and fellow staff.
