About The Position

Performs stewarding, sanitation, warewashing, and operational support duties to maintain clean, organized and food-safe kitchens, concession areas, clubs, and back-of-house spaces. Supports culinary and operations teams while ensuring compliance with Levy, client, health department, and food safety standards.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended event hours.
Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

Maintains clean, sanitary, and organized kitchens, dish rooms, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and sanitize floors and food contact surfaces using approved chemicals and equipment.
Operates commercial dish machines, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and other stewarding equipment safely.
Washes, rinses, sanitizes, and stores dishes, pots, pans, utensils, kitchen tools, and food preparation equipment.
Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, recycling, grease, glass, and compost in accordance with safety and sustainability standards.
Cleans and sanitizes waste receptacles, dish rooms, utility areas, drains, and stewarding equipment.
Delivers clean wares, supplies, chemicals, and equipment throughout the stadium as needed.
Performs other stewarding and operational duties as assigned.
