About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individuals to join our culinary team as Clubs Cooks in premium spaces at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. As a Clubs Cook, you will prepare and serve high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations. You will help prepare and serve high-quality food while delivering an exceptional guest experience during Falcons games, Atlanta United matches, concerts, and more.

Requirements

• Previous cooking or food preparation experience preferred (concessions, QSR, or stadium setting a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to the stadium event schedule.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle hot kitchen equipment.
• Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain prior to employment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other premium kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with set-up, stocking, and breakdown of premium kitchens before and after events.
• Follow all company policies, food safety protocols, and ServSafe guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests and fellow staff.
