About The Position

The United Center is seeking a part-time Suite Concierge to provide friendly and professional service to guests, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for events. This role involves operating elevators and assisting guests within assigned sections, requiring a high level of customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Team Member must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school education.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be available to work evening and weekend hours.
• Must have availability to work holidays.
• Must be punctual and able to comply with attendance standards.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all grooming and uniform standards.
• Candidates must be comfortable being active for an entire event (5+ hours).
• Must be comfortable being in a tight space for an extended period.
• Ability to follow direction.
• Consistent high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Approachable, friendly, and articulate.
• Self-motivator with a positive attitude.
• Ability to adhere to scheduling methods and procedures.
• Punctual, proactive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests while operating the elevator or in other positions.
• Provide each guest with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment to view events at the United Center.
• Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.
• Greet guests as they enter the arena with a smile.
• Deliver outstanding customer service under a variety of circumstances.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Operate elevators in a safe manner.
• Document incidents and notify supervisors regarding issues that may require further attention.
• Additional duties as assigned.
