About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support the production environment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). The role supports data migration and inbound and outbound integrations, including integrations between SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations.
• Experience leading data migration and integration activities for recent SuccessFactors implementations.
• Participation in at least two recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Expertise in preparing design documents, data mappings, and technical specifications.
