About The Position

The client is recruiting a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist with production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system. The Specialist will manage integration activities between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems, including legacy systems and outside vendors. This is an onsite contract position in Jackson, Mississippi, with video interviews.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound and outbound interfaces, and integration.
• Experience leading data migration, interface, and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project and production support.
• Participation in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.

Responsibilities
