About The Position

The client is recruiting a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist with production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The Specialist will be responsible for integration activities between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems, including legacy systems and outside vendors. The role is onsite in Jackson, Mississippi, and has a duration of up to two years.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound and outbound interfaces, and integration.
• Experience leading data migration, interface, and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Participation in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least two recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and production support.
• Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors Employee Central with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents.
