About The Position

The Subway Representative is a restaurant team member responsible for providing fast, friendly guest service; maintaining a clean restaurant; preparing and serving food safely and in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations; and supporting product quality and operational standards. The role also includes maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports according to the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Team members are expected to demonstrate the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean restaurant by performing cleaning and general housekeeping duties.
• Prepare and serve food according to brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Follow government laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
