About The Position

The Subway Representative works in restaurant operations, providing fast and friendly guest service and preparing and serving food according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations. The role helps maintain a clean restaurant, meet product quality, food safety, and operational standards, and keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory records. Team members follow applicable laws and safety codes, complete incident reports under the 5-minute rule policy, and demonstrate the Company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part-time, with availability for days and evenings.

Frequently bend, twist at the waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk.
Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.
Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects by hand throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more, including lifting from ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
Clean and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean restaurant environment.
Prepare and serve food in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
Follow government laws and safety codes.
Complete reports on incidents in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
