About The Position
Teachers Now is hiring dependable and motivated Substitute Teachers to support local K–9 schools throughout the El Paso area. Assignments include daily work and long-term opportunities. Substitutes may pick up assignments that fit their schedules or pursue a consistent long-term placement. The position offers flexible daily assignments, substitute teacher training, and support from the Teachers Now team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or 60+ credit hours.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working in different classroom environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support local K–9 schools in the El Paso area through daily or long-term substitute assignments.
