About The Position

Harmony, part of the Cadence Education family, is seeking an enthusiastic Substitute Teacher to provide care and support for young learners in a warm, dynamic early-education environment. The role involves creating a joyful, nurturing, and safe setting, supporting children’s growth, and working with educators to provide age-appropriate learning experiences. Responsibilities

• Align with Cadence Education’s philosophy and work with the team to foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver a lively, age-appropriate curriculum that sparks curiosity.
• Follow children’s interests, maintain their safety, and extend their play through language, toys, and activities.
• Model and encourage age-appropriate social behaviors.
• Share ideas for a balanced daily schedule that includes quiet and active moments, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine and gross motor activities.
