About The Position
Acelero Learning is seeking an on-call Substitute Preschool Teacher to support early childhood education programs. The role works collaboratively with classroom teachers to ensure the successful operation of a classroom and to support children, families, and the wider community. The position is listed for Acelero Learning Wisconsin - Green Street, with a start timing of Fall 2026, and pays $15.96 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment and passion for working with children and families.
- Effective communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities
- Work effectively with other teachers in the assigned classroom and center.
- Support children’s social and emotional development and use positive guidance approaches to address challenging behaviors.
- Encourage family involvement in the Head Start program and support relationships between children and their families.
- Follow Acelero Learning policies and procedures related to health, safety, nutrition, and other aspects of center operations.
