About The Position

Provide temporary coverage in an administrator position (Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, etc.). Responsible for implementing the District's instructional program and educational philosophy in the subject area or grade level designated, in accordance with district policies, and procedures on a day to day basis. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.

Requirements

• Previous service in an Administrator role (Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, etc.) required.
• Master’s degree from a recognized, accredited college or university required.
• Valid, appropriate standard administrator certification for the assignment.
• Instructional Leadership Development.
• A minimum of four (4) years of successful experience as a classroom teacher.
• Visionary leadership in administration to work with faculties, families, and communities of the 21st century.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

• Former Cy Fair Administrator experience preferred.
• Certified training for teacher appraisal or eligible for such preferred.
