About The Position
Agile Business Concepts, LLC is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to provide specialized technical, operational, and advisory support to the U.S. Department of State's Passport Services Directorate. The position is primarily on-site in Washington, DC and requires an active SECRET clearance; an additional MRPT investigation may be required.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on program operations, policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Conduct research, assessments, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency and program performance.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and development of standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with government leadership and project teams to resolve complex operational challenges.
