About The Position

The Subcontractor will provide finance and supply chain functional expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. The role involves understanding customer business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis using Lifecycle Services (LCS), and designing, configuring, testing, and quality-checking Dynamics 365 solutions. The consultant will support end users with usability guidance and reference materials, coordinate project work and risk mitigation, and communicate issues and tasks to team members and management through DevOps.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of finance functional experience.
• Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain consultant, including at least 3 end-to-end D365/AX implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes across multiple relevant industries.
• Up-to-date experience in Dynamics 365 Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank, Budgeting, and Tax, or in Projects Operations.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Education: CA, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTech, MSc, or MCA.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
• Exposure to PowerApps.

Responsibilities

• Apply analysis skills in Dynamics 365 Finance to develop detailed, reliable solutions and provide quality checks.
• Use in-depth supply chain management knowledge across relevant industries.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis using Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Design, configure, and test Dynamics 365 functionalities.
• Provide usability guidance and prepare reference materials and task guides for end users.
• Work with involved parties to mitigate risks by maintaining a project plan.
• Communicate issues and project tasks to team members using DevOps and raise risks to management in a timely manner.
