Requirements
- Proven experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding, or experience in the home improvement industry; a minimum of two years is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on the jobsite.
- Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required.

Responsibilities
- Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to achieve a clean, precise finish.
- Deliver craftsmanship and attention to detail during installations.

- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
- Coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections with production staff.
- Complete projects on time and promptly report issues or delays.
- Represent Southern Industries professionally on job sites.
