About The Position

Wachter is seeking a motivated Subcontractor Recruiter to identify, recruit, onboard, and support subcontractor partners across the U.S. and internationally. The role focuses on building relationships, expanding the subcontractor network, and ensuring partners meet company compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, vendor management, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with subcontractors, staffing agencies, or field service organizations.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop new subcontractor partnerships.
• Conduct outreach through calls, email, referrals, and networking.
• Support subcontractor onboarding by collecting and reviewing required documentation, including COIs, W-9s, licenses, and agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding approvals.
• Track recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and compliance requirements.
