Lead Window & Door Installer – Subcontractor
About The Position
Window World is seeking an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer for independent subcontractor opportunities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The installer will lead residential window and door projects, manage installation crews, provide high-quality workmanship, and deliver excellent customer service. This is a full-time 1099 subcontractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Potential gross subcontractor payments are $5,000–$10,000 per week, based on completed installations and available projects. Bonus potential is up to $3,000, distributed in multiple increments according to the number of windows successfully installed and applicable bonus milestones. Installation opportunities depend on project demand.
Requirements
- Experience installing residential windows and doors.
- Current general liability insurance coverage.
- Current commercial auto insurance coverage.
- Current workers' compensation insurance coverage.
- Must own a truck and trailer.
- Must provide necessary installation tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage installation projects independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
