About The Position

Window World is seeking an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer for an independent subcontractor opportunity in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role involves leading residential window and door installation projects, managing installation crews, delivering quality workmanship, and providing excellent customer service. Subcontractors must meet the stated insurance, vehicle, and equipment requirements. This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Potential gross subcontractor payments are $5,000–$10,000 per week, depending on completed installations and available projects. There is also up to $3,000 in bonus potential, paid in multiple increments based on the number of windows successfully installed and applicable bonus milestones. Installation opportunities depend on project demand.

Requirements

• Experience installing residential windows and doors.
• Current General Liability Insurance, Commercial Auto Insurance, and Workers' Compensation Insurance.
• Must own a truck and trailer.
• Must provide necessary installation tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage installation projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
