About The Position
The Subaru Agent Loaner coordinates loaner and rental vehicles for clients, providing courteous and prompt service and a high level of hospitality. The role supports the service team and guest experience by preparing vehicles, completing rental documentation, and ensuring vehicles are ready and properly inspected. This is a full-time, hourly position at 580 S Havana St, Aurora, CO 80012, with a starting pay range of $18–$20 per hour. The application window is expected to close on October 31, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately.
- Deliver vehicles to clients, including inspecting them and explaining their operation and accessories.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles.
- Answer and route service calls.
- Stage cars for delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with Service Valets regarding gas in loaner vehicles and car washes.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify that all vehicles have current registration.
