About The Position

Land Rover Orlando is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Rental Agent / Loaner Coordinator to join its Service Department. The role coordinates rental and loaner vehicles for service guests and helps deliver a first-class customer experience. The position involves customer interaction, vehicle inspections, rental documentation, and coordination with Service Advisors in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in, check-out, and rental agreements.
• Explain rental policies, vehicle features, and return procedures.
• Inspect vehicles and document mileage, fuel levels, and any damage.
• Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Deliver the level of service expected by Land Rover guests.
