About The Position

As a Seasonal Stylist at Windsor Fashions, you represent the brand and help inspire and empower customers in the store. You style customers from head to toe, share your knowledge of Windsor products and fashion, and help create a positive shopping environment. The role also contributes to store upkeep and operations, supports team and store goals, and follows Windsor policies and procedures. Duties may change and may include other tasks management considers necessary to maintain store operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be flexible and reliable with scheduling.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English.
• Be able to access all store areas, operate equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, and move or handle merchandise or supplies generally weighing 0–25 pounds.
• Be able to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help create a positive shopping experience using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.
• Style customers and share fashion and product advice to help them feel confident in their purchases.
• Maintain the store, including changing mannequins, sweeping, and hanging merchandise.
• Work toward personal and store goals and seek creative ways to create value for customers.
• Follow Windsor policies and procedures with integrity.
• Support team members and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
• Perform other duties management considers necessary to maintain store operations.
