About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted, knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The Stylist welcomes and engages guests, provides product and styling guidance across categories, supports purchase decisions, and delivers a seamless checkout experience. The role also contributes to sales results, operational excellence, and a collaborative team environment. The position is seasonal and requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency, or local-language proficiency as required by market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Show creative ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner.
