About The Position

The Seasonal Stylist serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products suited to their aesthetic and lifestyle. The Stylist helps customers discover and express their personal style and shows them how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The role combines customer engagement and styling with sales, brand and product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, as applicable to the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles.
Guide customers through purchase decisions and provide a seamless checkout experience.
Reinforce and celebrate customer choices and invite customers to return.
Drive results through customer connections and storytelling.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
