About The Position

The Stylist serves as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor, helping customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. The role supports customers in discovering and expressing their personal style and incorporating Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobe. The position combines customer engagement and styling with sales, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities. This is a seasonal role requiring schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.

Requirements

Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Prior experience in a retail environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency or local-language proficiency, depending on the market.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and product attributes across categories.
Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.
