About The Position

As a Stylist at Ann Taylor, you serve as a brand ambassador and provide personalized styling guidance to help customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customers’ needs and lifestyles. You collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, deliver personalized customer experiences, and maintain an inviting sales-floor environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.
• Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoy communicating and building relationships.
• Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bring personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and engage with customers to learn about their lifestyles, needs, and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to build brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style customers.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.
