About The Position

The Personal Stylist Support candidate is motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. The role supports salespeople throughout the selling process, prepares customer fitting rooms with merchandise selected by the salesperson, and helps achieve team goals while building positive relationships. It also includes daily department maintenance such as stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities
