About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist at its Town and Country Village store in Palo Alto, California. The Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and sales generation with support for recruiting, team coaching, store operations, inventory, and visual standards. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present, the Stylist supports leadership of the styling floor and team and helps coordinate daily business operations. Stylists lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group. EVEREVE offers modern, curated fashion from more than 150 brands, including its own line. Responsibilities

Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the HEART culture and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow company standards set by the Store Manager.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordination, inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales results as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
