About The Position

As a part-time Lead Stylist at EVEREVE, you lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You help ensure every customer is seen and connected with, guided by the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week and supports store leadership in daily operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales goals.

Responsibilities

Act according to EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and take the lead in delivering the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, bringing warmth and positive energy.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong HEART Styling Experience to all customers.
Support the leadership team with daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
