About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist at its Town and Country Village store in Palo Alto, California. The role leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. Stylists help create a personal shopping experience through fashion expertise, warm advice, and genuine customer relationships. The Stylist supports team development and store leadership. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, the role helps coach and lead the styling floor and team, coordinate daily operations, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising and visual standards. Stylists also serve as lead sales generators and lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group. Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the company’s culture and HEART Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example, following company standards and the Store Manager’s direction.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Help ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
