About The Position

EVEREVE inspires women through curated fashion, styling advice, and a personal shopping experience. The company operates more than 110 stores, an e-commerce business, and the Trendsend subscription box service.

Part-time Inventory Specialists help keep the store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the sales floor. They also assist with replenishment, order fulfillment, transfers, markdowns, return authorizations, and backroom organization. The role requires a minimum of 8 hours per week, with scheduling options ranging from 8 to 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Collaborative, with creative problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently in stores and self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead according to the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work at least 8 hours per week on inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and inspect products for defects before they go to the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point-of-sale system, manage invoices, and ticket new goods.
• Coordinate with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish items sold and pull products for the styling floor each day.
• Manage the fulfillment queue for web orders and orders from other stores; pull, process, and ship orders promptly.
• Check weekly for items returned to vendors and process transfers out of the store.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help maintain a stocked, organized sale section.
• Keep the backroom organized and clean according to company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has the supplies and packaging needed to operate.
