About The Position

As a Stylist, you act as an Ann Taylor brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations tailored to customers’ lifestyles, needs, and wants. You build customer loyalty through personalized service and styling appointments, while collaborating with the team to achieve business goals and create an inviting, customer-focused sales-floor environment. You also uphold visual and operational standards and use available technology to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

At least 1 year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
Ability to work 20 hours a week.
A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bring personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.
