About The Position

EVEREVE is a fashion retailer offering curated trends from more than 150 brands, including its own line, and aims to provide customers with a personal styling experience. The company operates retail stores, an e-commerce business, and a subscription box service.

The Part-Time Stylist helps ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience in store. The role emphasizes connecting with every customer, providing warm and genuine styling advice, and contributing to store sales and day-to-day operations. Stylists work collaboratively with store leaders and peers and uphold the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Act in accordance with the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, demonstrating fashion enthusiasm, warmth, and positive energy.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Work with leaders and peers to provide a HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team with daily store operations, including coordinating operations, managing inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to store sales generation and sales goals.
