About The Position

As a part-time Stylist, you ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience whenever they shop in the store. You make sure all customers are seen and connected with, following the store mantra, “WE WILL MISS NO ONE!” The role combines fashion knowledge and personal styling with customer connection, sales contribution, and support for store operations. Stylists work collaboratively with leaders and peers and act in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Act in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, showing warmth and positive energy.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Team-style with leaders and peers to provide a HEART Styling experience for all customers.
Support the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
