About The Position

As a Stylist at Ann Taylor, you act as a brand ambassador by providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations tailored to customers’ lifestyles and needs. You build customer relationships through personalized service and styling appointments, while collaborating with your team to meet business goals and create an inviting sales-floor environment. You uphold visual and operational standards, use available technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions, and support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week.
• A hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Enjoys communicating and building relationships.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bring personal style and positive energy to the sales floor.
