About The Position

As a Stylist, you act as an Ann Taylor brand ambassador, providing personalized styling guidance that helps customers express their authentic selves. You share product knowledge, answer questions, and offer recommendations tailored to customers’ needs and multifaceted lives. You collaborate with your team to achieve business goals, deliver personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting sales-floor environment.

The role is at Store 0041-Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan, and is regular part-time. The position requires availability to work 20 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• One year of Sales Associate or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and engage with customers to understand their lifestyles, needs, and wants.
• Offer personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style customers.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed about company priorities and promotions and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience using available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and helping others.
