About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. The Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and sales with support for team leadership and store operations. It includes supporting the team when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent and leading a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that fits the HEART culture and delivers the HEART Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow company standards and the Store Manager’s direction.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales results as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Ensure customers are seen and connected with during their store experience.
