About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a full-time Stylist for its Easton Town Center store in Columbus, Ohio. The Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that every customer is seen and connected with. The role combines fashion styling and sales generation with support for team development and store operations. Stylist responsibilities expand when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present, including supporting the coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team, coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. The Stylist also leads a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects the company’s HEART values and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example in following company and Store Manager standards.
Support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present.
Support daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and store visual standards when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present.
Drive sales results as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Help ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
