About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a full-time Stylist for its Breton Village store in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role helps deliver EVEREVE’s personal styling experience by ensuring every customer is seen, connected with, and supported while shopping. The Stylist leads by example on the sales floor, embodies the company’s HEART values—humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity—and contributes to a collaborative, customer-focused team. Full-Time Stylists support coaching and leading the styling floor and team when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. They also help coordinate daily operations, manage store inventory, uphold merchandising and visual standards, generate sales, and lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team that reflects the company’s HEART culture and styling experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow company standards and the Store Manager’s direction.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily business operations, including coordination, store inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Ensure customers are seen and connected with during their store visit.
