About The Position

EVEREVE is a fashion retailer offering curated modern trends from more than 150 brands and a personal styling experience. The Part Time Lead Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience, making sure every customer is seen and connected with. The role works at least 15 hours per week and supports both customer styling and store operations while representing the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Model the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and lead delivery of the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, showing warmth, positive energy, and enthusiasm for fashion and trends.
• Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
• Team-style with leaders and peers to provide a strong HEART Styling experience for all customers.
• Support the leadership team in daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
• Contribute to store sales generation and sales goals.
