About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Lead Stylist for its Breton Village store in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Lead Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. The role works at least 15 hours per week and supports store leadership with daily operations while contributing to sales and store goals.

Responsibilities

Act through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Lead delivery of the HEART Styling Experience to customers and ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, demonstrating warmth and positive energy.
Follow company policies and standards set by the Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team-style with leaders and peers to provide a strong customer styling experience.
Support the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating daily operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
