About The Position

EVEREVE is a fashion retailer offering curated trends from more than 150 brands, along with personal styling services. The Part Time Lead Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with whenever they shop. The role works at least 15 hours per week and supports the leadership team with daily store operations, customer styling, sales, inventory, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Model the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week and lead delivery of the HEART Styling Experience to customers.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, bringing warmth and positive energy while demonstrating a passion for fashion and trends.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Ring employee purchases and ensure they comply with employee purchase policies.
Team style with leaders and peers to deliver a strong styling experience to all customers.
Support the leadership team in daily operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and upholding merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals.
