About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will drive store sales and loyalty by providing an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment. The role works with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to execute merchandising directives and uphold visual standards.

Requirements

• Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills.
• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager or Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, with a focus on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
