About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking a Part-Time Lead Merchandiser to help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. The role works a minimum of 15 hours per week and takes the lead on merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team, collaborating with store leadership and regional merchandising leadership.

Requirements

Clear, motivating communication style and strong presentation skills.
Collaborative approach and creative problem-solving skills focused on the brand and customer experience.
Detail-oriented with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
Creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills.
Visual merchandising retail experience, specifically in women’s clothing.
Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Act and lead in accordance with EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work at least 15 hours per week in the store and lead merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
Implement visual strategies to drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
Partner with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
