About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Inventory Specialist to help keep its King of Prussia store running smoothly. The role receives, tickets, and prepares inventory for the sales floor and assists with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations. Inventory Specialists work at least 8 hours per week and support store operations through accurate, timely inventory management while embodying the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move items weighing up to 50 pounds using an assisted dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute inventory management tasks for the store team for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
• Process new shipment deliveries and inspect products for defects before placing them on the styling floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the point-of-sale system, manage invoices, and ticket prices for new goods.
• Coordinate with store leaders and merchandisers on product placement on the styling floor.
• Replenish items sold and pull products for the styling floor each day.
• Manage fulfillment queues for web orders and orders from other stores; pull, process, and ship orders promptly.
• Check weekly for items to return to vendors and complete transfers out of the store.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and help maintain a well-stocked, organized sale section.
• Maintain the backroom’s organization and cleanliness in accordance with company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has the supplies and packaging needed to operate.
