About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. You will work with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to carry out visual strategies, maintain standards, respond to product sell-through, and support an exceptional customer experience. The role is based at the King of Prussia store in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The listed pay is $18.98 per hour.

Requirements

• Visual merchandising retail experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week, with shared team responsibility.
• Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
