About The Position

The Part-Time Lead Merchandiser drives store sales and customer loyalty by providing an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. The role works at least 15 hours per week in the store, leads merchandising tasks for the store team, and partners with store leadership and regional merchandising leaders to carry out merchandising directives and uphold visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store and take the lead on merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and adjust the sale section as needed.
