About The Position
Studio technicians assist with the technical aspects of studio production and classroom and lab support. This role involves assisting professional staff with student requests and needs, which may include booking room reservations, handling individual patron reservations, making spontaneous checkouts, and guiding students to their assigned spaces or editors. The Master Control assistant is encouraged to become familiar with Premiere, the basic layout of spaces, and the technologies in the labs and production facilities to better assist professional staff and student engineers. Familiarity with facility policies is also required.
Requirements
- Resume/cover letter describing background, work history, and production experience.
- Familiarity with Premiere.
- Familiarity with basic layout of spaces and technologies in labs and production facilities.
- Familiarity with policies relating to facilities.
- Must bring original, unexpired, authorized personal identification documents to complete the I-9 form.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
