About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Associate to grow the studio’s member base and create a positive studio experience. The role focuses on sales, member support, and representing the BODYBAR brand while working with a motivated team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, and reports to the Studio Manager.

The Sales Associate owns the sales process, from generating and following up on leads to converting interest into memberships. The role also involves building relationships with members, meeting sales and outreach goals, representing the studio at local events, maintaining accurate booking and interaction records, and welcoming members before and after classes.

Compensation is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with a sales commission structure. Benefits and perks may vary by independently owned location.

Requirements

• Positive, high-energy attitude and personality.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
• Passion for sales.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Retail and/or fitness sales experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads and convert prospective members into memberships.
• Build member relationships through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Meet daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow the studio’s community presence.
• Accurately log member bookings and interactions.
• Engage with members before and after class to create a welcoming studio experience.
