About The Position

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented Sales Associate to help grow its member base and create a welcoming studio experience. The role drives sales, supports members, and represents the BODYBAR brand while working with a motivated team. It is a part-time position with flexible hours, including early morning, evening, and weekend shifts, and reports to the Studio Manager.

Requirements

Positive, high-energy attitude and personality.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
Fluent in English, with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
Passion for sales.
Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
Proficient with computers and studio software.
Retail and/or fitness sales experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own the studio sales process by generating leads, following up, and converting interest into memberships.
Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
Meet daily goals for bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
Represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow the brand’s community presence.
Accurately log member bookings and interactions.
Engage with members before and after class to create a welcoming studio experience.
